LCC Action on Cycle Theft
An estimated 40,000 bicycles are stolen in London every year. That’s a staggering amount. It puts off people who might otherwise cycle – and a significant portion of people who have a bike stolen simply stop cycling altogether.
London Cycling Campaign put together a report – Broken Locks, Broken Promises – which examines the data of cycling theft in the city, and proposes some urgent actions to be taken by the Mayor’s office, the Met Police, local councils and retailers.
I designed the report, and the accompanying materials for LCC’s campaign page and social media accounts.
