One of the biggest problems facing farmers in developing countries, with little or no access to the internet, is readily available information. WeFarm, a peer to peer knowledge network, was set up as a way to help those farmers share ideas and advice with each other internationally via simple text messages on even the simplest mobile phone handsets. For their pilot programme in Peru, WeFarm asked me to write and design a training pack to help extension workers to train farmers to use the WeFarm system. This took the form of a robust A4 folder which explained in detail how to run a WeFarm training workshop. I also wrote and designed a simple step-by-step illustrated guide for farmers, as well as training certificates, posters and membership cards. All materials were produced in Spanish as well as English, with illustrations by myself and Megan Riera.

I created the illustrations of the system in use, keeping them simple, clear and easy to understand.
